I.   BEING FAITHFUL TO OUR DUTY IS EXPECTED BY GOD.
‘Duty’ can be mechanical, grudging, half-hearted.
Positive aspect = being trusted & responsible.

II. BEING FAITHFUL TO OUR DUTIES IS DEPENDENT ON OUR ATTITUDES.
Attitudes to have: humility, privilege, responsibility

• Ecc. 13:13 “Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole [duty] of man.”
• Rom. 15:16 “…the priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God”.
• Rom. 12:12 “Be…faithful in prayer.”
• 1 Pet. 4:10 “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s
  grace in its various forms.”
• 2 Chron. 31:12“…they faithfully brought in the contributions, tithes and dedicated gifts.”
